Primary Function

The Inside Sales Coordinator (ISC) is responsible for contacting, qualifying and scheduling appointments with interested consumers. Based on the information collected, the Energy Consultant (EC) creates a customized presentation to review with the homeowner (online or at the home).

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

● Call people that have expressed interest in receiving a free solar quote

● Contact, qualifying and scheduling appointments with interested consumers to present solar options, which helps them save money. It’s that simple. No complicated scripts or technology to learn. We focus on the basics!

● Our call center culture operates in a scripted and structured environment. We encourage our agents to deliver the message through their own enthusiastic personalities.

● Achieve specific calling and conversion goals

● Ability to use appropriate scripted rebuttals to overcome customers’ concerns and objections

● Provide a pleasant buying experience for customers while assertively pursuing every opportunity

Marginal Duties and Responsibilities

● Work on special projects

● Provide creative ideas to improve performance and morale

Professional Qualification Requirements

● Minimum 1 year outbound call center experience

● Excellent verbal communication and listening skills (articulate, enthusiast and a great phone voice)

● Capable of successfully overcoming objections in a systematic fashion

● Possess an assertive and outgoing personality

● Successful experience in achieving specific goals and objectives

● Ability to work well independently and as part of a team

● Have an excellent work record and are eligible for rehire with previous employers.

● Experience in the solar / telesales / mortgage is a plus. We will help you skyrocket your career!

● Computer literate

Compensation

Guaranteed base pay plus bonuses. An increase in pay plus a full benefits package will become available upon successfully completing 90 days.
